In the Pokemon anime's Electrode never died from the selfdestruction, at least make him dizzy after the move
I have added 1 Stand attack, 3 Crouch attacks and 1 new special to Electrode.Don Patch transformation(W.I.P) :Similar to Don Patch's uppercut but it can hit up to 4 times.Super Patch has 3 specials and 2 Super moves.Sasuke, Boss Borot, Electrode will be updated with those hitsparks and FX.The update for Don Patch will contain :Code: 2 NEW Hypers. Yeah I removed it because of age. But now that I see you are still with the project it's cool.I'm going to suggest you vector trace those sprites using Inkscape. It will kill the pixelation and make um better. But now that you are so close to being finished that might just be a pain in the ass.

I've seen better improvements but here.I doubled the size vector traced and exported a bitmap.So you will have to change it to 256 in order to use it. I'm sure you know how but if you don't just let me know.Being that it's bigger you might want to clean a few places that even the vector didn't improve.Hope this is useful.Edit: Shit looks like you got to download to see what little improvements it has.
