Yesh.
Although it doesn't have '99Kyo's 101 Shiki & 212 Shiki (running) sprites (I'm sure those are easy to find).

I'm not certain about the other edits listed. But these sprites have a palette error where the darkest colour of his outfit and the black used on his hair, shoes and inner jacket (waistcoat) are shared. There are also a few stray pixels that have their own colours. Here is a corrected version:

That last sheet has an outfit error on the pants that my original edit from YEARS AGO got right.

Then again, my version had errors that this one did right :P

Maybe a definitive version of those sprites could be made out of both
