After understanding G.o.D good point post, i decided to post this to show your all of my spritesheets of Virtua Fighter 2 Genesis.
I've ripped all sprites for each character.

No problem. But i have only one problem and that is Jacky's throw sprites.
When Jacky grabs a opponent, i can ripped his sprites, because the opponent is front of Jacky's body.
Here for example:


You see that Dural is getting garbed by Jacky and i want get rid of the opponent sprites, so i can ripped Jacky's throw sprites.
How do i do that?

Hmm you may have to draw it, because I had this issue when I ripped a few sprites from different games mainly star wars episode III GBA General Grievous' blocking frames and fall frames.

Have you tried using artmoney to remove the characters blocking sprites you need?

It's a game hacking tool. You can get all the sprites but you have to make a table first; it's a bit complicated but Just No Point knows how to work with it and can explain more than me.

By the way, did you try my way of ripping the tiles with GensKMod?

I already had the emulator, but i had a issue with the VDP what you told me about it. It was too complicated.
So i decided to follow Kanbei's advice and it works. :)
