viruses? spyware?!? help please :(

Ok so I turn on my pc the other day and I notice that my desktop is gone and is now has some type of red malware desktop with some odd biohazard looking sign lol.... it's clear to see that something is infecting my computer..... I have barly been on it this week which it was actting fine on wed and my bro was on it all thursday and I receive the problem friday morning either he dled some crap or been on some odd websites whatever the case is I need help getting rid of this virus spyware or whatever!!! aruggg!! I dl some spyware/virus removers which I scan the comp with they both found problems and removed them but the comp is still actting screwy (very slow, all my desktop icons look highlighted but they arn't, freezes from time to time while I'm on the net) also! I keep getting this windows pop up that saids (Windows has detected an internet attack attempt somebody's trying to infect the system scan now to protect your pc from internet attacks hijacking attemps and spyware!click here to dl spyware remover for total protection) I'm also getting another one about worm.win32.netsky being on it that saids it comes email and active x objects I don't know if these are just spyware trying to make the problem worse or what! arugg please help me!!!

The program that tells you to download certain program, is the actual, problem, when it popus try using ctrl + alt + del, and search for a process that doesn't belong to your pc and stop the tree process of that and then search for the archive and delete it

I'm not sure if i actually want to know this but...
Would this have removed the popups AND the lag forever?
I had this on my old comp last year and got forced to get it wiped >.<

1. Get avast anti virus home free edition then click demo on install yes it gives you all features so just do it
2. Download This just incase it refuses you to let you delete them it will force it on your pc http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
3. After you have avast install click the harddrive move the bar up to highest in scan then click enter let me scan when it comes up with a screen asking you to delete it click delete after you delete them all do another scan and do not schedule a boot scan unless needed or know what you are doing.

I use mcaffee, ad-aware, spybot and all goes well.

Also it depends wich freaky sites u enters and wich things you accept to dl on your computer. Mostly all strange things comes from porn related sites or from p2p programs in wich u tried to download the crack for something, program or game, wathever, and the crack was a virus instead the real cracker. So for those, mcafee security center works more than perfectly deleting the things at the moment they appear.
