Void, Blackness, Darkness Falls over Mugen..

I have a grave problem.. My Mugen has been opening as a black screen everytime I attempt to open it up in Fullscreen mode (ALT+Ent).  It is windowed but occasionally I ALT+Enter to play Fullscreen. Sounds CAN be heard but the Picture cannot be seen.. Any suggestions?  ???
