Okay guys.

Let's chatting about a interesting thing.


As you guys can see, Gouken is planned to be on our Vs Style Debuts Project. But you can see also, he is a VERY DIFFERENT CHARACTER WITH VERY DIFFERENT GAMEPLAY.


Let's split the ideas:

I - Movements
II - Air Moves
III - Special Moves
IV - Air Special Moves
V - Hyper Combos


I - Movements:

Best Questions:

- He will be a HEAVY character?
- He will be a Speed one?

II - Air Moves

- Heavy moves?
- Light moves?

III - Special Moves

- Normal Hadouken. 3 hit or 1? Double or one? Normal for ground, and automatic angle for who jumps and etcetera?[Like MvC3 Proton Cannon]
- Turning Denjin Hadouken from a Ultra, to a normal charging move.
- Shoryuken?
- Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku or Tsumaki Gou Rassen?

IV - Air Special Moves

- He will use Hadouken on air? If yes, use the same double Hadouken from the ground?
- Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku ?

V - Hyper Combos[My favorite one!]

- Denjin Hadouken: Beam? Barrage?
- Shin Shoryuken: Same functions like Ryu on MvC? Or use a another style?
- Shin Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku: Deserve to put on Gouken?
- A level 3. Misogi is reserved for a POTS/CvS-ish gameplay.


= In summary, I want to chat with you guys, what is needed for create a GOOD/PERFECT conversion for Gouken to a MvC gamesystem! Feel free to give the best feedback/suggestion/ideas you can! =

Oh it's great to hear that you want to create Gouken, I like "VS" than "CVS", for Movements I think he must be HEAVY character.

Tatsumaki Gorasen (In The Air - Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku)


Hyakki Shuu (It works in the air)


V Hyper Combos
Denjin Hadouken (Works in the air - Chargeble / Barrage)


Shin Shoryuken (Another Style)


Shin Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku (Works in the air)


Level 3: Mu no Ken (無) / Fist of Nothingness (Counter / Hits like Shun Goku Satsu with a Misogi-like in the finish)

When you get to work on Bishamon let me know. I color separated his sprites. But when making the sff I noticed a handful of sprites that were not done. I moved to the MFG SF project before finishing. But it wouldn't take long to finish them up at all.
