=================================== OBSERVATIONS ====================================
"Q" debuted only on Street Fighter III: Third Strike, as a playable character and a "Secret Boss".
Actually he appeared on Street Fighter X All Capcom Cell Phone game.
In MUGEN terms, this is probably the SECOND VS Style version of this character showed to community. "Q" are confirmed on Capcom Universe: Nexus of Heroes[When the game was called "Capcom Fighting Revolution" and his progress screenshots are present on Mugen History old "CFR" section.
I surely DON'T know what Beximus are doing for him, but I hope you guys enjoy this char.
==================================== WHY "Q"? ====================================
He are a very like "Monster" character. Slow, powerful, dumb and dangerous. But the most caracteristic thing on him is his SILENCE. Rarely he talks and shots some mumblings. His gameplay is funny and probably he are the most EASY character to convert since my first char evolution are released.
A VS style gameplay for him could be nice. Especially about Super Armor function
