HI! I like making portraits, and doing 25 x 25 portraits is fairly easy, so I can cram a few minutes a week to make 1 portrait for you guys.

THE RULES:
- Post a base image you want converted to a small portrait
- Post a sprite of the character so I can get sprite colors
- I'll choose one ABSOLUTELY ARBITRARILY
- ???
- PROFIT (for 1 person who gets their request fulfilled)

SF4 Omni by Werewood if you want, you can choose the number of colours. I would like 16 colours but if you use more, there's no problem.

Here's some stuff to work with:

Ok, I re uploaded the image with the palette(s):

The first is 16 colours (+ BG colour), the second is 15 colours (+ BG colour).

Too restrictive?
