As far as I know, any AI that's present isn't adjustable (I've tried looking for such a feature myself).Also afaik, Dio doesn't come with any AI of note. There was at least one AI patch for him but character updates have come out since and appear to have broken the patch AI to some extent (notably, during tandems). I haven't seen any AI patches come out since.As for his other characters, various "unofficial" AI patches exist, but whether or not they're adjustable I don't know (I don't remember seeing anything in particular that suggested they were). I remember there being quite a few, but I can only find one via search here...
