I'm searching for a program or a place that allows me to see the anime in live, that is, to watch it at the same time as the japanese. Anyone knows a good program to do that?

So far Nanashi, I only found niconico.com. However it seems like they're only going to be steaming certain anime from Japan for about four days though. I'll keep looking for you.

I've found one. It's called KeyHoleTV 3.17, and it allows me to watch japanese anime and other kind of shows and news from Japan. I'm not sure if there are more, so please feel free to point me better ones.

And about the link you posted, Hooten0, unfortunately they're broadcasting a certain event, so I won't be able to watch anime with this (though it doesn't seem like you can do that). But still, thanks for the link.
