waterfall animation

im making this stage and it has waterfalls in it do anyone know how i could turn it into a animation is their a program out their for waterfalls or something the stage im talking about is in my SIG the last stage pic on the right

Thanks MaxBeta but yea sure i dont mind if you beta test them they may take me a while cause i got class and stuff but i will just message you when i want you to test them

Yea i have the full particle illusion program and i have seen the water fall animation but i dont think it would look right in this stage because how the water is coming down on the rocks

My Photoshop started to act up so i got to download it again but if i use P.I. what is the best way to figure out the size of the animation just crop the waterfall part in the stage and use that size for P.I.

I've resized images.

you can use paint.net if your photoshop is messing up.

I would crop out most of the black.
