What characters are these? (identify by picture)

Hello. There are 3 different characters I'm curious about, if you are keen enough to identify them by just these images:

#1 -- The blue girl on right of this image:

The first one is just XP-chan in an Astaroth pallete. Never saw that one before.

After 5 minutes of google-hunting, I found a few other people asking about very same picture. The original character (apparently from a Japanese Mugen game called Nijikaku) is more often referred to as "Xp-tan" (not chan)... ( After some digging I found the original Xp-tan linked here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Hr6Y0PH3Y8 ) -- alas, this character is ridiculous and overall "bleh." )

Some people have replied to these queries of "who is that blue girl?" by saying it's "Komelu Stanford by Finir" -- after googling that, I got this site: http://mugen.weboy.org/komelu-stanford-by-finir.html -- Not blue. So, could the blue could simply be a "player two" uncommon coloration perhaps...? Finir's website no longer exists ( http://karasi.dojin.com )... and an esnips search was also null.

Anyone have any tips on finding a copy, or has she been put to sleep?
