- Broly Z2 with sprites by Balthazar & Rolento (a team up would be good seeing the size of this guy).
- Batman remake with sprites from SeanAltly.
- Luffy from One Piece with sprites Felo_lop (the ones he made for a Vegeta intro)
- Magic The Gathering Wizard. Using famous combos from the card game. I actually started on him years ago...
- Guts from Berserk. Using sprites from this awesome spriter but aweful coder.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

-a remake of Iced
-mspaint godzilla who ive been searching for a coder for a while
-z2 picollo with diepod and balth- my plans for him are vast and very specific. We make gameplay plans for most characters, me cybaster and Balth, and piccolo's are pretty good, probably the best we ever did.
-A new Rare. Rare akuma was fun but he was a long time ago, I want to make more rares, more distorted gameplay characters with odd traits that can be cannibalized for odd pieces of code.
-z2 broly, i think he would need a team of spriters, his sprites are too large. same as piccolo we have laid out foundations.
-Z2 bulma-
-Z2 Cell- but those dots! Those bloody dots.
-z2 tenshinhan & Yamcha - Listen, dbz is overrated.

I'd probably make either 2K2UM Geese, a decent Ms Fortune (That oughta be hard) or Bullet only make her mid-tier at least and not trash tier fanservice shite.

Or I'd just make an edit of Jmorphman's chun-Li to make her SF2 Hyper Fighting accurate right down to using close Strong Punch to fire two overlaid blue coloured Yoga Fires.

I would like to finish at least one good mugen character from my wips (mainly UB22 Goku), and then start with something original that could be mugen-related, but also RPG-related (I've already planned a story and I have some character concepts in mind).

Wish I could help with that, but will and time to deal with MUGEN are almost near negative levels. :(

-Any Arika/SFEX char, like I did with Skullo. Though the most pressing ones would be Hokuto and Garuda. I'm hoping I'll be able to make one of them before I'm done.

-Tia Langray with revamped sprites.

-Regina from Dino Crisis. Seen some nice sprite samples of her over at Shinra for their CFAS project. Hope she becomes a reality.

-Piccolo, basing his moveset from Super DBZ along with some custom stuff.

If I had experience with coding and/or spriting (or more free time in general):
- I would completely overhaul Warner's (and by extension Judgespear's) Homer to make his moveset and normals have more originality into him instead of a heavily gimmicky Iori clone.
- Make a 3 button + one extra button gameplay system that doesn't focus on chaining normals and air combos. (Still thinking of ideas for this.)

Well, I'm not sure, if it helps, but DuckSS MUGENized Hokuto already. Maybe you can take a look at the SFF, so you can see, whenever you can use it...

this is about the extent as far as bootleg hokuto goes. so i don't think that'll do (unless a method like hanyu-maru's lee is applied, editing the hell out of the bootlegged sprites to make a full-fledged character out of it)

Are you sure that's all?
I remember that game having proper get-hit sprites, too.
Like I said, maybe the sprite rips, which DuckSS has, are more complete... :-\

finish my vgm game, but since that is not being very specific.
(note, adult refers to the character being on her mid 20s not porn)

finish zamus, it's mostly fine tunning sprites, adding the damn gun getting good fx and colour separating.
create adult sakura, with teh design from teh sakura ganbaru manga and a mvoelist which mixes shoto and mma.
create aoi kusanagi, kyo's cousin, so another flame user.
create adult kula, mixing up kula's movelist and priest from knf.

I've had ideas in my head floating around for a Teyandee/Samurai Pizza Cats game for a long time. If I were to actually go through with anything, the first character I would create would probably be Omitsu/Lucille, oddly enough. Because I have the clearest idea of how she would play. Naturally she'd be all about projectiles, having various missile specials and a super where she goes full out Itano Circus.

She's also got so many lines from the show that would make perfect winquotes.

But because the god of drawing, spriting and coding I am not, to bring that down to something smaller, I guess I'd like to give making Lion-O, Domon Kasshu or possibly Optimus Prime a try.  Unrelated to all that, maybe a Spawn that has a cape.

To keep it even more grounded than that, a Venom a la POTS would be fun.

Many ideas float in my head about Mugen characters, and lately I was thinking about Masked Muscle (the cheating luchador boxer from SNES Super Punch Out!!). It would take some sprite editing though.
