what video cards are compatible with winmugen plus?

as the video cards that supports VESA are becoming really rare, i'm wondering what video cards do you use with winmugen plus?

The minimum for a roster with decent characters with a moderate amount of effects would be a Geforce 4 MX or a Radeon equivalent,I myself have a Geforce 6600.

In MUGEN's case however,the RAM and CPU are more important :P

Totally false statement i have run many graphical chars with good effects sprites etc on a old legacy video card a radeon riva tnt/tnt2 pro.

Which is probably as old as some of the users here.

thanks a lot but the problem is:
i must buy a new pc & most of the current buyable video cards are no longer vesa compatible...

& vesa is better for dos mugen :)
