I have agree with Lith finding the most beautiful screenpack is a myth
Same reason why I got into the field to create something to my degree of beauty and to share with the World.

-Coruscation by Ziltama
-Nocronite by Lith
-Ultimate Compilation by HLoader
-Project Miku Extend by Dissidia

Honorable mention:
-Legacy by NoZ (like the design, but had some flaws. Also not liking the music it accompanied with, but that's just me)
