whats with chuck norris and android 18

ok, i know this is kinda from the left field, but i wanna know why chuck norris (there is only 1 chuck norris right?) and android 18 by (i think) big eli king, both have the same gigantic weird gun, with chuck norris is a OHKO for just about anything, and 18 dies from it and it explodes and everything around it dies unless you press some buttons or something and then it fires like chuck norris fires it (and i mean the big one, not that spinning (i think) ak 47 chuck has)

You are thinking of a protoncannon I guess.
its Ironman bazooka from the marvel games, at some point most edited characters called the bazooka to fire a beam, it become a ( bad ) joke to reference it by giving the move to other characters as a joke

The ""another blast"" looks like its projhitanim. It's been a while since I've touched MvC but I remember it looking ( hideous ) like that.

for some reason thats such a weird answer

im not sure if i should start another thread for this other question, (and i think it belongs in the where is this, does it exist? etc. thread,) but where can you find a... well.. a certain video of ky kiske and sol badguy doing an epic super move combo "together" beginning with ky, then calling in sol to do an epic combo. I saw it a long time ago and cant find it anymore
