Where do I type 'mugen -r big'?

I'm using Mugen RC and I have atleast 15 characters downloaded but it only allows me to put in 12 characters as there are only 12 slots. I found out you can have 60 slots from /data/big/readme.txt by typing 'mugen -r big', but where do I type that?

Or you could just change the screenpack.
