first go to the resources forum, there is a snk subrofum on it. you might need to register, though. i am pretty sure that if you google for mugen china register or something like that someone already posted instructions on that in a random webforum.

Damn. That looks wierd.It would probably fit the attitude of my character, but I am unfamiliar with Scorpion's movements or attacks.Both him and Oswald would would make excellent base models.
