Which original character should i make first?

Ok Im kind of getting a little ahead of myself for doing this but im not sure which character i should put for mugen first (Even though i was think about just doing kata first). There all from my personal comic called "Manipulative" which in short is about people with spirit animals that can control a part of life itself.

DJ Kata: An orphan from the streets ,Kata has lived his life going through pain and misery. It has even gotten to the point where he tried to commit suicide. If wasn't for his friend and boss Ian he wouldn't be here or have a place to stay. He lives in a hidden rave club in the alleys and he is now highly popular ,but he still wishes to know who his real parents are. Kata is the laid-back, lazy type of guy who really doesn't like to fight ,but he will have to in order to surivie the upcoming events that are about to take place in his life.

Mugen fighting style: Kata's controls the element wind, yet he uses his glowing wrist bands to to change the colour of the wind. Kata's attacks are really basic; not to powerful, just right. I was thinking of adding his spirit animal (witch is a cougar) to be his helper but im still thinking about it. His speed is problely what will give him a egde.

Bain: Bain is the funny guy always trying to get some one to laugh, but just because he's silly doesnt mean that he's weak. He's a master in the art of capoeira (a Brazillan martial art) and has the power to control water. No this is not Avatar! Anyway thats the tip of the ice-berg. You havent seen nothing yet.

Mugen fighting style: Bain controls water and is always carrying a bottle of water around just in case. His spirit animal is a raccoon. I was thinking since he does capoiera, his move would be evasive and stylish. This is gonna be one of the tough characters to make cause of his constant movement while fighting.

Izuka Garcia: Izuka his lived his life almost the exact same way as Kata (mabye a little harsher). He trust no one; always looking to become stronger by himself. Izuka is the type to jump head first in a fight and will take any chance to win (sounds like a bad guy huh?). But behind his cold, lone wolf (...hint...), appearance and attitude, he's not all macho. He's a lover of music, he can play the gutair pretty well, deep down he's good by heart. I mean wouldn't you trust a face like that?  ;P

Mugen fighting style: Izuka controls earth. His spirit animal is a wolf (like the hint i gave, get it?). Anyway his movements are hard and strong because of it. His defense is also really tough to get through. His only weakness would be the slowness of some of his moves.

Vad Yun: Vad may look bad-ass but his attitude is anything but. He's one of the nice guys; wishing to look past a fight if he has to. But if there is no choice then be ready to be amazed. Vad fight in the Chinese art of Wushu (maybe its because he is? maybe?) Anyway his life style is not as harsh as Izuka's or Kata but he has his own problems that he one day will take care of.

Mugen fighting style: Vad controls fire. His spirit animal is a falcon. Vad fights in the art of Wushu and carriers a broad-sword. Most of his moves a stunning yet painful. Another hard one.

Cirus: Cirus is my evil character. By his calm demenor his doesnt look like it, but you do not want to piss him off. Cirus is looking to become his full spirit Animal even at the cost of his health. He is blind but not handicapped and he can fight like no other.

Mugen fighting style: Cirus controls darkness/shadows (insert sterotype here -_-'). His spirit animal is a mighty dragon (insert another sterotype here -_-''). Cirus fighting style is kind of unqie. Feinting, Juking, Parrying alot. A tough character to figure out, let alone fight.

I think hes saying to determine if one would be easier to sprite or for ppl who dont know where these characters r from (like myself) and just want and idea of how they would look Mugenized.  ???

Like i said there Original so u wouldnt know who they r. But ill give a breif Bio for them.

Cool character bios, based on those I say Bain. To me this says his capoeira style Mugenized would look more visually pleasing (I like how capoeira attacks look) than the others. Him being a jokester and his element being water he fights in a very calm manner with counter attacks? Well thats my reasoning.

Well i was thinking his move's would be a little more evasive but mostly yea.. countering alot will be added for him.

I have to go with Kata,your main character or so it seems btw you introduced him. I figure you should get a feel of what you want the gameplay and sprite look for your main character first then base your other characters on those sprites and move as such it might be easier that way. Although;I wouldnt really now not having made anything yet for Mugen

Y do i get the feeling that him being evil (= orochi,shin,etc) is the reason hes gotten so many votes  :-X.

go with kata, he seems to be the main character so it might be wise to the him first.

though i wonder, how will the spirit animals be implemented, will they just appear in supers, will they be a constant part of the character. or you know what would be really cool, if you implemented a jojo's bizaar adventure-esque system similar to how the stands operated.
holy crap, i'm back and stuff... if anyone cares.

THATS PERCISLY WHAT I WAS THINKING!! Yet.... I dont know how to code that.

download one of the jojo characters, particularly dio or jotaro. you can find them at randomselect or at mugenation, then just reverse engineer the code from that.
