in my opinion Darkcipherlucius makes the best MvC characters

There are a great many number of things horribly wrong with his work, but that is not what this topic is about.

I can't believe I forgot Eli, who made a great Venom and a pretty good Jill.

his ken, angel ken, dark ken, ryu, zero,and roll all have AI

correct me if im wrong
EDIT: how could i forgot about your creations? You made an excellent mvc megaman zero and the first to actually make a weegee that wasnt shitty

The only DCL character I found decent was his Violent Ken.

Basically, anyone that isn't Splode, Kamekaze, XCB and Vyn makes generally unfavorable MvC characters. Oh, and aznperson569M, but he only made one so far, and that was an edit.

The real answer to the question on hand is no one. MvC is awe-inspiringly terrible and so is almost every conversion from it.
