Why does this happen with my screenpack? (MBC)

With the Mugen Battle Coliseum screenpack, I get this problem:



I'm running both WinMugen and WinMugen Plus. Both have the same problem. Any ideas?

The winmugen you're running must be one compatible only with high-res screenpacks (as is winmugen plus).
Try downloading different versions of winmugen at randomselect, there should be the one compatible with low-res screenpacks.

Or, better yet, edit it to be hi-res. It's pretty fun and you can often make it look cooler than the original screenpack.

Crapper...I don't know how to edit it to be hi-res nor do I want to download a lo-res compatable MUGEN. I'm going to download a hi-res screenpack.

In this case, use Coruscation by Ziltama :



Type "ziltama mugen" in google to access his page, with some wonderful high-res stages too. :yes:

Most if not all of the mugen screenpacks work with low-res select screens and I've run into this problem myself

Any of you guys know where to get the old Winmugen Hi version where the only hi res screen were the stages in DR=4?

All links in RS seem to re-direct to the ALL HIRES exe versions, and that's not useful for me =/
