I would be really grateful if someone could make a Tia Harribel, i have yet to find her but all the others seem to exist.  :'(

      Dude, if you have the time you can learn to make and edit your own chars, with Fighter Factory. That's what I am doing, I just learned how to create my own color palettes today. I've created new color palettes for 2 different chars.... It takes time to learn and I'm just beginning obviously. But if I can do it then you can too.
