Send it to me and you need to get a 3d program that supports animation... I can't think of any that doesn't. ZBrush 4 has something about animations (keyframing or somethin) I didn't really look into it so I can't tell you anything about it.
3ds Max - A Biped skeleton for rigging and animation. I don't really like 3ds max.
Blender - It's free, and can do things that the commercial products can. (my choice of modelling and animating, never for sculpting, zbrush for sculpting) I was interested in it because of it's art gallery. It's kind of complicated to learn how to use it, but so is 3ds max.
Milkshape 3d - I don't recommend it really <_<
