Wierd Error on Fighter Factory

Can someone help me please?
Whenever I click save all in Fighter Factory it saves everything ( i save it all in the same file).
Then when i close my character and i click on File>Open Character, i open my character and an error message comes up saying ( i dont know how to add images on this forum so ill write it).

Fighter Factory - Untitled (DEF)

List index out of bounds (0)

and then my pallete doesn't show so i have to open it again.

also theres another problem to do with my palletes and it is very important, but i dont know how to add images to this forum so can someone help me with that please.
