Will there be a Fighter Factory-esque character maker for EF-12?

As the title suggests, I liked Fighter factory. It made things a bit easier for me as someone who can't DOS code.
Sprites are more important than gameplay in Mugen.

Not as of now since there isn't one do-it-all program for EF-12 characters. Will there be on soon, idk.
