Windows 7 Mugen Noob just beginning.. please assist

I am new at this.. i had Mugen before and it was from a friend i loved it and i want it again cause my other laptop took a dump and i had to get a new one....  i DL mugen 1.0 and it wont run.exe for me... saying its not compaitible or i need to ensure its 32 bit or needing a 64 bit.. any suggestions?

can you post a screencap of the error message?

try redownloading it because I use it on both of my computers, a 32-bit laptop and 64-bit computer, and they run just fine

have you tried redownloadin, bacause me too, i have tested it in both 32 and 64 (HP, win7, AMD  --; )  laptops, and it works fine...
