winMugen compatible Clark Steel and kazmer13 MK chars

Sup guys, basically I've tried updating OrochiKOF97's Clark Steel and kazmer13's MK chars with dos2win with no luck. I just can't get them to run. Kazmer has to have the best MK chars out of any I've seen (apart from the male and female Soul Ninja chars, awesome). Can someone help me out?

Why are you running dos2win on OrochiKOF97's stuff?

Clark Steel is winMugen already? Reason is that I run Xmugen (xbox) so basically I just have to lowercase the file names and change the forward slashes to run them under Linux (linuxmugen). I used to run Orochi's Clark under DOS mugen so I assumed it was still DOS. I tried to rename his Clark and he still wouldn't run. Same for Kazmer's Scorp, Sub, Reptile etc. I was just wondering if someone had the characters , that they play under winMugen, that they could upload for me.
