WinMugen Plus Music Problem

Before you mention it, I did check other threads, but I feel they're all pretty old so instead of bumping something... here.

I did get Mugen working on Windows 7, as was previously the problem, but now here's a new problem:

I'm using the WinMugen Plus from RandomSelect, and the Mugen Battle Coliseum screenpack. I set tunes for the intro, title, select and versus screens.

The intro song plays, regardless of whether it is ogg or mp3. No other single song plays, however. I tried going back to the default Mugen screenpack and setting the songs there, didn't play either. I tried getting a regular WinMugen (not Plus), and every song played fine.

Why would this happen? I don't seem to see any logic in this..

have you gotten the correct plugins?

wich are you using ogg or mp3?

I've got all the plugins from that one site with a plugins pack on the downloads page, and they're all set up in my mugen.cfg, or at least they were, i'm mostly keeping ogg now, since I use those.

The intro still works just fine. :(

do you have spaces or anything in the names of the music file? try naming it like select.ogg for the select screen and vs.ogg for the versus screen etc

No spaces whatsoever. If I put any of the songs as the defined music in the intro.def, it plays, but then anything I put in system.def as title, select and versus music does not play and neither does level music. I tried all songs as intro, they all play, and all songs as the rest, and they do not.



EDIT: Nevermind, after testing on another fresh WinMugen Plus, on the regular mugen screenpack, it works. The timing is SLIGHTLY off, but it works. I guess Mugen Battle Coliseum(the latest one) has some problem with music...
