Winmugen request. (Where the hell is the download?!?)

I've been looking around for a WinMugen download, and I found a few sites. But I have to register and download things just to get the damn download link. It's quite frustrating. Will anyone help me find a download link which has the whole version of Winmugen?

I heard that Mugen+(Plus) crashes often. Is that true?
