It's funding for 2 characters, the rest are stretch goals.

Shame that they went with Flexible Funding, though. Those IGG campaigns always tend to scare people away.

If I manage to get a call soon, I'll be able to donate around $60.
I already bought the game and got to know the team a bit, and they're amazing. I'm gonna support them the best I can.

In a more serious tone, it would be good if some of us could cooperate and make a relatively big donation so we get a book or a character, i.e. one of the big donations threats.

I like the idea of making a Guild joint donation. That game embodies in many ways what the whole MUGEN community is all about - Not letting the FG dream die out. Those are damn talented artists with proven experience in successful projects we enjoyed, and it's time to give back.

I might donate $20, but I definitely need to get a PayPal account up and running.

I'm hesitant, but I'll play the game first before I make assumptions.

Hey guys,

GenkiPatton (aka Seon King) from Nyu Media here.

Just thought I'd pop on to say thanks very much for your support for our Yatagarasu campaign! It's nice to see such a positive response here (& no mention of GGPO so far :) Contributions are of course hugely appreciated, but please help spread the word too - we have a long way to go!

If you have any questions for me or the dev team, I'll be happy to answer them here.

Cheers!

Might donate a twenty or so. Looks cool.

Yeah, that works.

No witty quotes though.

I will put some money towards it with my next paycheck for sure.

Hey GenkiPatton/Seon King!

I hope you don't mind me asking, but is there any particular reason that you and/or the dev team chose to the run the campaign with flexible funding instead of fixed? I've been trying to get some friends interested in the campaign but a lot of them are completely turned off since it's running under flexible funding which carries a terrible stigma with it.

I keep hearing that the dev team is confident in their netcoding. How exactly does it work? Is it the usual host a game and then give your friend your IP address to play kind or is it something else?
