BrokenMugen 1.0 because Saikoro is my hero and will probably be able to explain it a lot better than I can.

Is finding MUGEN to be more enjoyable to play when you're not wearing clothes an underrated opinion?

Well its difficult to balance out your roster and have all good characters when you have 800+ slots...
yea, sometimes you need to kick out a character or two for some new stuff, but its still better to have a cool roster of 14 awesome characters than a thousand of characters whose quality varies a lot

Question, Do you have any recommendations of big Screen packs to use?
I have a lot of characters I would love to try out, and just stack up for a giant roster.

Unknown Motif by Gwapao because its easy to manage when it comes to my ever updating select.def.

I wish 1.0 screenpacks were that way instead of even more overly flashy, fancy select screen arrangement, custom portrait nonsense crap.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

BrokenMugen 1.0 because Saikoro is my hero and will probably be able to explain it a lot better than I can.

Words cannot describe how much I truly appreciate that comment. Thank you very much.

And without shamelessly plugging myself here, I will have to admit that BrokenMugen and it's 1.0 update I helped out together will always be my #1. There was something special about that screenpack that kept me glued to it for all of these years. Two4Teezee created something marvelous and refreshing with amazing audio edits along with excellent graphical elements that are a treat to the eyes (and never grow old). The SF3 announcer never grows tiring either; hearing "get ready for the next battle" always stirs some excitement for me. And damn, the audio mix Two4Teezee created for 1.0's intro update is fucking awesome. Everything about bM shines. I'll stop gushing now. ;D

But that doesn't mean that there aren't other screenpacks that are nothing short of amazing.

Considering how NoZ is treating his Legacy WIP, I know for a fact that we will have another winner on our hands. NoZ also gave us something spectacular with his WarZoNe release. Why is it special?? Just take a look at the amount of replies that Custom Portrait Thread accumulated. That there speaks volumes and shows proof that people enjoyed WarZoNe.

Big Boss and his Nexus Screenpack is another favorite of mine. His talents shine through with a very cool and easy on the eyes design. I really like his choice of relaxing hues of color, announcer selection and portrait design.

Lastly, honorable mention goes to ZedzDead's Capcom Fighting Evolution Max Screenpack. What I've noticed is that he was the only author to include different graphic elements for hyper attack levels 1, 2 and 3. If I remember correctly, you had blue, green and red respectively. And his art selection was fantastic and fit his design elements well.

There's a lot of talent from plenty of awesome people here. I certainly enjoy and appreciate all of your efforts.
All of your Mugen Portrait needs may be found HERE.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.
