I use the Download Helper add-on for Firefox. Not as extensive as the plugins you mentioned but it does the job. Unfortunately, I can't download anything from Rutube with it.Rev.
That is basically true. I don't see how this pertains to mugen. You wouldn't want to put the clip in. Sprite and sound quality are both awful so it's no good on the ripping front.Aside from there being no definition that the tutorials need to be mugen based this doesn't have any great purpose in this forum really does it?
