Been awaiting this Char for a while, just did basic function testing.

[-/]He needs more comboability, with the "drag FWD" velocity of state 410 I was expecting to be able to uppercut right after the move hit. Similar for linking from regular hits to Special and possibly (ultimately up to u) to Super attacks
[+/]I like that u added the Moos into his move arsenal
[-] His Supers, all except the hammer one are extremely weak for them to take 1 bar of power to use, most level 1 Supers do around 200 dmg

Y did u number the palette order so weird?
U only have 2 palettes, the number should be 1,2.
