Well, i'm back.
This character is pretty good so far, couldn't really find any glitches, but i'll check again for that.

-some of the CLSN boxes don't cover the whole sprite (Throwing star in some frames, and the crouching wind pellet, although the latter was probably on purpose)
-back dash doesn't look really smooth, but that's probably a personal grievance. :P
-The Spinning Hurricane special doesn't hit as much as it's supposed to, but I think that's because of the opponents....
EDIT: Some hitsparks aren't there.
And some sounds appear to be missing. Maybe it's my volume. :/

All I could find so far.

But yeah, lived up to expectations!

Been awaiting this Char for a while, just did basic function testing.

[-] = Bad
  • = Good
  • [/] = Opinion
    [-/] = Negative Opinion
[+/] = Positive Opinion

Gameplay
    [-]State 210 is missing hitsounds
    [-]State [1000,1002] is missing sounds
    [-/]He needs more comboability, with the "drag FWD" velocity of state 410 I was expecting to be able to uppercut right after the move hit. Similar for linking from regular hits to Special and possibly (ultimately up to u) to Super attacks
[+/]I like that u added the Moos into his move arsenal
[-] His Supers, all except the hammer one are extremely weak for them to take 1 bar of power to use, most level 1 Supers do around 200 dmg

    [-]His width needs to be adjusted, ground.back = 28 and ground.front = 32 looks fine to me
    [/]Weak Spinning Attack could use a playerpush controller with a MoveHit trigger, for a better looking transition

      Can u make him float up in his air taunt like in the games?
      Y did u number the palette order so weird?

    U only have 2 palettes, the number should be 1,2.

    Just buff the Party Strike and add some freakin forward dash  :P
    Oh and his uppercut should throw the opponent higher ;P.

    Alright, I come home to this news?  Awesome.

    -When he air comboes people it can look a bit...off sometimes.  I don't know how to describe it, but he has a bit of a gap between himself and the other character.  Might just be the people I'm fighting though.

    -As others said, a bit of CLSN issues here and there.

    -He's pretty underpowered.  Not really a bad thing, but it makes him pretty hard to play sometimes.  Of course this also means you have to work harder to win, which is cool.  =P

    -No forward dash also makes some opponents a pain in the ass(Dammit K'....)

    -Party strike needs to have a bit more priority. 

    -Launcher should get them higher.

    People have pretty much covered the bad stuff already, I really like this Klonoa.  I'm not disappointed a bit so far.

    I've already started making custom palettes for him.  Was gonna do one based on Guntz, but it ends up making Guntz himself nekkid D:

    Well.. his default AI to me seems very weak...  I watched him vs all my characters and he lost. i know i can change it but its default is weak..

    Also it does seem as if some sound is missing I only hear him walk, like 1 step running and it just sounds like there should be a more permanent sounds when he is walking and running and stuff good character though.

    Everyone listed what I was gonna say:
    - Very underpowered. Not a bad thing but I tweaked him so that he does as much damage as KFM.
    - Some moves dont have sounds, such as the middle punch.
    - The opponent disappears in one frame in the hammer super. Its nothing major.
    - Backround music when hes KO'd and in other sounds.

    Good news:
    - Best Klonoa in mugen, i'll give you that. :)
    - The sprites are amazing.
    - His moves are exactly like the games.
    - Made me laugh when he missed with his Sloth / Weasel with guns special. Hes a pretty funny character overall.

    This is just my opinion but Im kind of dissapointed he didn't speak english like the Wii version I played a couple days ago. Oh well.
