Ever considered vectorizing it or getting a shot from the dvd? Its way too blurry.

Yeah, vectorization seems to be the way to go since the graphics are simple.
And what is this ground ?

guys i didn't find any good pics for the tower so i took this 1 but it's k i will draw the tower then colour it then make it stage .......just don't be angry guys

They are not in any way infuriated (as far as I can tell), they're just giving helpful tips.

And I might say that the image you are using as a background is truly horrid, I sincerely hope you can gain possession of a better one, and the floor seems out of place in the overall scheme of the stage, I know not what it is even.

I think it looks kind of like a future train 

BTW isn't there a Teen Titans GBA or DS game? Maybe those games might be a good source to rip a stage from (I'am not sure if their HQ is in a BG in those games, cause I've never played them!)

Kidding...what does the original picture look like? Can you post it here?
If the picture is better than it looks in the stage then you can do the old splitting the image up into smaller images and putting them back together in the def file.

Each little picture will have 256 colors, so when you put them together the overall stage background will have way more than 256 colors.

and guys 1 question .... when i make an animated man is standing in the stage when i move the chars the animated man in the stage move with them and i dont want him to move!

You have to set the delta correctly. Try 1,1.
