From looking at the picture, I can already see that the lifebar portrait isn't the correct size, it should be 25x25. Will download this now and give it a test. Scratch that, Megaupload doesn't seem to be working for me.

He seems fine other than that lifebar portrait, but that's no problem. Looks good I'll try him out.

EDIT:

- The 120x140 select screen portrait is too big, same with the lifebar portrait.
- Fix the select screen icon, because apparently it isn't the same one as the lifebar portrait?
- To me this guy is the same as the other versions of KOF Rock but with less moves, what's up with that?
Other than that I don't see anything wrong.

Anyway, collisions seem OK. His AI isn't perfect but it'll do. Overall good char, just fix these minor things.
And just upload a good version with the patch included instead of two different files and upload them on a different site because it's a pain waiting on megaupload and for some people it doesn't even work.

Good char though. :P

Well, I downloaded him, here's what I have to say about him -

- His portrait needs to be fixed, it doesn't appear correctly on the select screen, it's colors are all messed up.
- The T.O.P gauge select should be raised higher.
- His hop/short jump has an awful amount of lag after he lands. In MOTW this doesn't happen.
- If Rock scores a counter hit with weak Hard Edge, and his opponent lands on the ground next to him, he should be able to OTG with moves like Raging Storm.
- Rising Tackle input is kinda funny, it comes out too easily, you can tap down, then tap up and it'll come out. You're supposed to charge it for about a second or so. Because of it's current input, it gets in the way of doing Shinkuu Nage.
- His Just Defense is strange, I could be blocking normally, and he'll just defend automatically.

So far, I like him quite a bit. I'd just suggest fine tuning him a bit more, and adding in things like the Just Defense message, the Reversal message, and Counter Hit message. Otherwise, I think he is pretty decent.

Ya Also what Wild Tengu said, I thought something was wrong with the gauge but wasn't if that's how it was supposed to be lol. He just feels a bit rusty, but I like him. :D

I guess... I just couldn't get the Shinkunage & D. Rave Neo, they're there?

Scratch that, I got it you're right.

I can't download yet (since I'm in the office), but for those ones who played with him (especially WT), it worths this Rock to be in rosters or should stay with Neogouki's?

NeoGouki's Rock was originally made for Dos Mugen, so there are some problems with him, even if you Dos2Win him. Like one of the problems with NeoGouki's Rock is you can start blocking an attack (especially multi-hitting attacks) and just mash back and you'll Just Defend, which shouldn't be possible. He's also missing things like Counter Hits I believe, and can't Kara Cancel.

Very decent creation, it's nice to see good "first time" creators popping out, as Kh and tellie. :)
go your with your bitch [...] fucking alladin motherfucker

I've played fighting games before, hell... my first fighting game was Super Smash Bros. Melee

If you allow a little modification to a PS2 emulator which allow it to run PS3 games, it's a new engine

I think his damage might need to be toned down a bit, especially in T.O.P mode. If I do a Shinkuu Nage brake followed up by a P-Power Shining Knuckle, thats about 80% damage, while in the actual game that does about 65% I think, in T.O.P mode (x1.25), but in the console only x1.75 T.O.P, the damage is alot closer to what your conversion of Rock does.

Another thing I should mention, but if you do j.HP, followed by j.LK, the j.LK will often whiff. The timing for the air chain is alot stricter than it should be. So if you could fix that, that would be great.

Otherwise, this is still the best MOTW Rock Howard in Mugen.
