You can find packs with Winkawaks and all the Neo-Geo, CPS1 and CPS2 games. To play SF3, either use the CPS3 Emulator by elsemi, either use the Mame build. Alternatively, you can use a Dreamcast Emulator to do so, which will allow you to play CVS2 and MVC2 too if you want. Use NullDC or Chankast to do so.

That Cody looks badass, but instead he wears pajamas in sfa. Why didnt they make him like that I've played fighting games before, hell... my first fighting game was Super Smash Bros. Melee
If you allow a little modification to a PS2 emulator which allow it to run PS3 games, it's a new engine.

For Neo-Geo, I still use NeorageX. It's still my favorite emulator ever.
You'll need to find custom roms for it though, and some people have a few problems with running it on modern computers. But if it works without input delay, it's killer!

The various Amish (pronounced /ˈɑːmɪʃ/, AR-mish) or Amish Mennonite church fellowships are Christian religious denominations that form a very traditional subgrouping of Mennonite churches. They are best known for their simple living, plain dress, and resistance to the adoption of many modern conveniences.

^ I think Final Burn Alpha already emulates all of those without making you jump any hoops.

The various Elitist (pronounced i-lee-tizt) misguided followers of Popular opinion that form the pillars of the Mugen community. They are best known by stating their opinion as fact, being complete jerks, and for their blatand resistance to reasonable conduct. Their are also known to follow the current trend because the old one isn't 'cool' anymore, and for attacking new members because they were abused as little children. Thanks for the enlighting response GargoyleX! Gee, now that I look upon NeorageX, it sure is a crappy emulator. Damn it's awesome sound reproduction, accuracy or low system requirements! I must have horrible taste liking its simple and intuitive interface. It's also a bitch playing games on it, since it doesn't skip any frames, perfectly syncs the refresh rate, and offers state saving which mame doesn't have. But I forget that there is no such thing as personal preference.

I'm übergay, because everything Viscount mentioned, is already doable and improved by Winkawaks, an emulator made by a former mugen developer. Anyways I came up with a new quote: Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice-skate uphill.

Mhz aka Mr.K He was the author of a very popular SFA3 screenpack used during the 0101 era and he also developed some tools like fntmaker (before Elecbyte released their own). He was also a proud fan of Dan.
