how do you change the end of match time for mugen

im not on about the match itself im on about once the ko has happened how do you increase the time until the final animation is finnished

the finnishing move on a char is long but the mugen doesnt give it time to fully play its animation it goes streight into the next match

is there a way to make mugen allow the full time of the ko animation like the brutality of the mortal combat
