I just had word on Devaint art from Montyoum that he is looking for some one that can do some good editing in mugen.

He is the person that made Dead Fantasy and Haloid.

He is considered one of the best 3D rendering artist that can single handed make amazing stuff
I myself am not that great at Mugen design (or i would do it myself), so i request that some one who can to help him out, this has great potentials in my opinion

If the spriteset is good and the character is interesting, I can't see how there wouldn't be anyone to pick it up.
You can show him the Shared Sprites section, where people simply post what they made, anyone interested is going to pick it up.
