well first i don't think it's a good idea to have just a video and then a font in the main menu. i think some borders some how would have been nice. it was an interesting idea tho
also it might just be the pic but i see that the clouds in the background have some color loss. if it can't be helped or you can't really figure out how to get rid of the color loss try to find a method that can get hide some of the color loss.
also the building in the background is blurry. so it doesn't have that game feel to it.
not trying to bash on you or anything but it's just personal preference there are to many mortal kombat screenpacks. maybe next time go for your own title or design.
over all the idea was good but the execution lacks. good luck if you plan on doing updates
