This stage has been on my mind for ages! I'm thinking of releasing a bunch of stages based off of 2d Beat Em ups from the golden age of gaming. genesis and snes games alike. but i need the right inspiration to do it.

Streets Of Rage 3, Stage 1, Part 2, the Dock's area where you first fight ash, gave me that.
Also the boat that Ash is in. is the same one from the game. i high resed it manually. i'm ecstatic the way it came out.

as you can see in the end of the video, they all have special portraits for the screenpack i made, so i need to fix his portraits and then i can release him.

and as for my Chibi Royale project. i have to redo ALL of the characters sprites, there all currently FILTERED. so i'm gonna make them with there natural sprites no filter.

thanks to Nnaajj i can add Guy alot quicker to.
oh and YES, Axel Stone is made. he is in beta form.. but he is like 90% complete.

yes, it was made by Cap_rock, a guy from MGBR. But dunno if he authorized Delweyn to continue....

its funny, i can not high res people for my life, objects, are cake but people are hard as the devil himself.

but it add's a nice effect to the stage. considering the characters are a certain pixel size, he matchs. look at him and blaze closely there the same size, only difference is he is colored funny.
