This character is only for mugen 1.0 and for a 1280X720 screen

Well here it is, my next Blazblue character Tsubaki!

This character has lots of comboability just like in Blazblue don't worry she has a damage dampener.

Screen shots might look a bit bad but there are not like this actually.

How can you get the "feel" of a character if you are only touching a keyboard or controller?!?!

considering the gaming generation she's from, i'd expect 100 at least.
plus the sprite size, the SFF size, effects, and such.

At first glance, that looks like it's from particleillusion; one of the effects was solar ray that looked exactly like this.

i was hoping you would have coded her and the other BB characters with scale = 1.

i cant enjoy this character.

Yes, it is Particle Illusion, and it's a really common emitter with no modifications at all... :/

Also massive colorloss, I hope it's like he said and it's something that happens only in the screenshot :stare:

Because the character sprites are massive  :P

FEEDBACK TIME  ;D, now keep in mind I havent used Tsubaki much in blazblue, so I might be missing some things :
1. astral finish text is in VERY low quality, try finding better quality rips
2. ""Combobreaker" doesnt do anything but spawn an invisible helper with a huge red clsn box, nothing else happens and the red clsn box doesnt hit.
3. Hypers Give back power
4. some of the midair attacks could use a little more pushback
5.
This FX needs more Transparency

On the assumption that this is supposed to be a 1.0-only character, you could have gotten away with using a localcoord setting of 1280x720, instead of using the .03 sprite scale, if you had chosen to. That comes with its own set of complications, though, so whether or not you want to consider that in the future is up to you.

Also, if the screenshot that Donutman posted is accurate, you need to probably change the position of the 9000,0 sprite in the SFF, or make sure that the "Shared Palette" box for that sprite (in Fighter Factory or whatever you use for SFF compilation) is unchecked. I played with it for a little bit but because I don't have Continuum Shift, I can't offer anything specific.

What the hell happened to the portrait? It's not suppose to be like that and by the looks of it you took the screen shot on a 640X480 screen. My character is only for a 1280X720 screen.

the lifebars i use shows the big portrait instead of the small one, it messes up with some characters though

Actually if you put the big portrait at the end of the sprite file it fixes it right up

What you noted doesn't even cover the blatant flaws. I tried it. I don't like it.
Feels wrong. Stiff. Unfaithful. Kinda' like Jin and Ragna, just not as bad.

If I knew more about character coding I would have a field day with this, but this is all I can stress right now.

EDIT: Now I can get trying to make a workaround for her Drive gauge, but her specials shouldn't work that way. You made her virtually useless in pretty much every offensive aspect. :/

The power charge for my character differs from that of Blazblue. I didn't like it in bluzblue that you had to focus on two power bars all the time.
