LOL man this is actually a really good character to have if you are into novelty characters. he can beat evil ken and evil ryu (both by reu) single handedly. pretty damn awesome if you ask me! :3
Nice. If you ever decide to update him with some new moves, I would say it would be best to use some of his moves from the arcade version of the same name.

Simple Highlight em both and click extract and if asks to overwrite files, say yes.And great character, he deserves a spot in my mugen lol. His Super is just priceless.
