Hmm...

You need floortension.  Try 50-60.

The background and floor look blurry with some color loss.

The parallax floor isn't right.  Characters slide.  If I get bored later on, I could calculate the proper xscale values.  Try looking here: http://www.geocities.com/vibhp/mugen/tuto/parallax.html

Your stage is too tall for yscaledelta to be used effectively.  If you can't see the floor layer from the top of the stage, then don't use yscaledelta.  KFM's stage works with yscaledelta well since it scrolls only a small distance vertically.

Also the design is very ugly, it needs to be more intresting im not saying it sucks its a good attempt just looks boring.
