c-roar2
x-headbutt1
y-headbutt2
z-roar1
crouch x -stomping
crouch y-beam

updated 1 (link below)
- made beam weaker because it was too powerful
- added two more moves
-----crouch a - chew
-----crouch b - tail whip
- one more pallete
- some sounds added

i think it's cute. you should definitely work on it some more.

about the beam, though. it's a little too much, don't you think (out of place even but still cute)?

no one really likes cheap characters.

I like the idea

but you need to use more animal-dinosaur special moves and supers, I recommend you to see Primal Rage chars and characters like Warzard and CFJ Hauzer

Let me proove more and I'll give you feedback... and palettes if you need
