Even moreso then RMX's.

The Super Smash brothers sound effects are awesome.

He plays great to me. Damn glad you picked him up.

Only thing he's really missing is a time over/lose animation. Otherwise you built a true character out of him. Thanks again.

Oh well, I'll still continue progress on mine.

Great update! You may want to disable Navi's targeting (Press Z and you'll see what I mean.)

- The EX Boomerang has strange velocities, and doesn't turn very nicely.
- Boomerang doesn't have a smooth movement.
- EX Spin Attack shouldn't have so much cornerpush.
- EX Spin Attack's red CLSN stays one or two ticks too long.
- The chain for the throw could go a bit farther.
- Hurricane Attack's red CLSN stays too long at the end of the attack.
- Hurricane Attack's dizzy part for Link needs work sprite wise. He doesn't collapse before falling down.
- Hurricane Attack gives back power to Link.
- What's the combo system exaclty ? I can chain x->y->z but not a->b.
- You should remove all the shadows on effects and explosions.
- Hitsparks for basic X and A attacks are misaligned.

Apart from that, the character is pretty good. Sprites are nice and quite well animated. Gameplay is okay, CLSN boxes are correct.
IMO, effects could benefit from a major overhaul, coz they're kinda old school, but it's not essential.

While in Watch mode, I noticed that Link can sometimes end up standing in mid-air after doing the spin attack in the air. I have not been able to replicate this in training mode. Also, Link's hookshot causes his opponent to plunge deep into the ground for a split second when it first makes contact, and causes some opponents to go deep into the ground again on the landing. I think you might be able to fix this by having the opponent do only one somersault, and then go into their regular fall animation long before they hit the ground. Other than that, Link's a great character so far, and I'm looking forward to the next update.
