After lots of procrastination, I've added the hi-res SFX for the Mouko Takabisha and Hiryu Shoten Ha (created by Evil K9999) and done some slight touch-ups, including a reorganized SFF and some other stuff.

I Like Your Ranko Char, Sadly The Snes Sprites Don't Look So Great...
I Wish I Could Sprite To Make You A New Ones, Editing Other Chars...
But Since I Can't Do ANYTHING For Mugen I'm Just Talking.
