http://www.mediafire.com/?yfygyv90ijjPIKACHU!!! Video of Pikachu:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hidQl9B73iMMinor update:http://www.mediafire.com/?y3eqvrbmxk1
I saw the vid and didn't dl the character. I can safely say that, while there's potential in him (and thank god he's not one of those overpowered bullshit pokemons), he needs more work.Things I dislike:- No custom hit sounds- No Trans "A" effect on the bolt projectiles- Barely any decent effects =X- Triple jumpThings I suggest:- Add some attacks from ssb64 (haven't played brawl, so IDK if I should suggest that, but I guess it'd be pretty cool too? *shrugs*)- If you really wanna make him jump off the air, make him do it ONCE, not twice. It's already annoying enough for some people that he's a short character, so insane jumping might not be a good idea.- There's a pretty cool lightning effect in POTS's Rare Akuma, and since his stuff is open source, there's no crime in using his effects.- Custom hit sounds (maybe from a super smash game, that'd be cool... if not, see what you can find that might fit him).- More hits, combos, cancelling, etc...Good luck.
Thanks for the feed back!But...What do you mean by "Trans 'A' effect"?And what do you consider to be decent effects?

The darker a color is, it's less visible. So the bolts would have a "glowing" effect.Example:Sprite:In Game with Trans A:Now, you can do this codewise or animationwise.Code wise is pretty much what lett said, trans = addHere's how you do it:[State <yourstateno>]type = transtrigger1 = 1trans = addvalue = 255 ;you might wanna tweak around with the values until you like the result, but I reccomend 255 so that the dark colors aren't fully visible.Animation wise (assuming you're using fighter factory) is merely going to the animation tab, locating your animation, and, below the "Time:" thingy, you'll see Trans: <blank space for inputting a value>.The possibillities are "A" (add) and "A1" (add1, which is pretty much just simple transparency, you can also use the same code, just replace add with add1).Once you input the value, click on the button right next to it. This will make all the frames have A at once, instead of typing "A" for every single frame of the animation. As for "decent effects", I meant hit sparks and such, and the effects you already have are kinda simple animation wise (not enough frames or "life" in them). Not the way they're drawn, but the way they're animated, that's it.
