Her sprites look like crap because it's scaled at 0.46. It'll appear much smoother if you change it to 0.5.

As for her Hyper portrait, just open up her sff file and change the offset of the portrait (it should be at the very end of the sff file) to 0,0. Simple fix.

Jeez, it just will not work. Is there any way to upload it somewhere else or take away the password? On vista it just will not seem to work...

The password only works for downloading it, not for unziping it. I tried putting that password again and it doesn't work :\

You don't need to. It's completely gettable, and shouldn't be sent.

Unlike some other releases that have popped up here (looks at TAN's Gato).
