My fourth attempt to a stage. :P

What kind of method did you use to create that floor.

I used Paint.NET for the floor.
I Made a cloudy background.

Then I added a Blur Zoom Effect

And finally, I added the outlines as a cover.

It looks very nice. However, I would suggest making the planet scroll slowly to the left.

holy shit nice method XD ima start spriting floors now

btw the stage is kinda sexy maybe the bg  vortex thingy could use a lil blur so the lines arent so pixcellated

or not  :P

One glitch I've noticed:

Sometimes when you do a superjump, the reflection of anyone who's on the ground will be flipped up into the background. Large characters like Apocalypse, Cyber Naraku's 2nd form, and Onslaught are common victims to this.
