Was definitely excited for this character the moment you revealed you were working on him. He's incredibly fun to play as, even if I can't really utilize all of his tech with the most effectiveness =P I do have a good bit of feedback for him though, gonna sort them through spoilers cause it's a bit through each individual mode.

- Genocide Cutter shing sound plays too late in the first cutter.
- Rugal isn't invincible during God Press or Gigantic Pressure, and can be hit out of it even after having grabbed the opponent.
- The slasher waves on Dark/Darker Genocide disappear immediately once Omega and God Rugal start the second and third Cutters respectively.
- Suggestion: I know Rugal's all about tight execution, but I feel like the super-cancel window for God Press could be extended just a bit.
- No matter what level the charge is at, Kaiser Wave can be fully nullified by normal projectiles. This includes a fully charged EX Kaiser Wave, as well.

- Kaiser Reppuken also missed outside of the corner for me, and my resolution is 1280x720.
- Suggestion: I feel like Kaiser Reppuken lacks a bit of impact, but that might just be because the move happens relatively quick for a level 3. I want to suggest that maybe you make it so the opponent's descent after the second Reppuken is slower, allowing for more buildup for the Super Kaiser Wave.
- Just a comment, and I'm sure it was done to make him stand out on his own more, but it's weird seeing EX Genocide Cutter not be Dark Genocide lol
Spoiler: Omega (click to see content)
- Unless I'm mistaken, the actual projectile from of Gravity Smash should still hit the opponent after the field around Omega Rugal does.
- Air Gravity Smash can't be delayed.
- I think the hitstun on the separate kicks from Beads Destruction should be extended. Not only is the opponent able to block a super-cancel if you're a frame too late, but I've had the second and third kicks blocked on two occasions, despite the opponent having actually been hit by the first one.
- MAX Rugal Execution still needs two bars to pull off, but only consumes one.
- There are multiple cases where the projectiles from Kaiser Phoenix will actually fly behind Omega Rugal, such as performing the move next to the opponent if they're grounded or dodging, or after the wall bounce from Heavy BD.
- Also related to Kaiser Phoenix, but it doesn't actually OTG like the ReadMe says.
- The slasher wave effects on Dark/Darker Genocide stop being multicolored after the first one.
- Edited addition: Omega Rugal's AI just slammed me with God Press.
Spoiler: God (click to see content)
- Probably intentional because boss character, but G-End is zero frames on start-up.
- God Press -> G-End doesn't connect.
- It's a bit tricky to land consistently, but if you dash during the input of Last Judgement, the opponent will still be visible for a frame or two after the screen fades to black.
- Not sure if done intentionally or not, but God Rugal will always do the Arcade Mode intro when not in Arcade Mode. When he is in Arcade Mode, however, he'll only do it for the first fight and then do his playable intro.
- Related to the pose feedback, but God Rugal has an oddity where he'll do the same winpose in a fight. If he did the shirt rip pose, he'll only do the shirt rip pose until a new fight happens [Arcade/Versus Modes] or he loses and everything resets [Arcade/Versus/Survival Modes]
- Also not sure if intentional, but despite his high speed, God Rugal has a very low jump arc.
- Suggestion: I think the versions of Genocide Heaven for God Rugal should factor in Dark/Darker Genocide, instead of being exactly the same as normal Rugal's versions.
I'm still figuring out how do make Normal and God Rugal work in my hands since I can't Unga with them nearly ad hard as I can with Omega, but they're still fun and great additions to my roster. They absolutely slaughter me though, as par the course =P But all in all, fantastic work as usual.
